Ditched the soggy towel pile for good. The microfiber fabric dries shockingly fast, so I can wash a few pans and have the mat ready for the morning coffee cups before I’ve even finished my tea. One less thing to smell musty, and it takes up almost no counter space rolled up.

The honeycomb texture really grips the dishes so they don't slide around, and the microfiber soaks up every drop of water without leaving the counter wet. It's flat and compact when I'm done, which beats having a soggy towel draped everywhere.

I was skeptical a mat could actually dry dishes fast, but the microfiber fabric soaked up the water from a full rack of plates within minutes. It folds up neatly when I'm done, so my counter stays clean and clutter-free.
